Key Responsibilities:
Security Duties:
Monitor premises through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance.
Control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
Report suspicious activity or safety hazards promptly.
Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
Assist in enforcing site safety and emergency procedures.
Storekeeping Duties:
Receive, inspect, and store materials and tools safely and accurately.
Maintain stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
Issue materials to production staff with proper documentation.
Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in security or storekeeping (experience in joinery or construction preferred).
Good physical condition and alertness.
Basic computer skills (for inventory tracking).
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow safety protocols.
Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with woodwork materials, tools, and joinery production processes.
Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations.
First aid or fire safety training is a plus.
