Security Guard (Dubai Airport Operations)

About the Role
We are seeking vigilant and reliable Security Guards to join our team for a prestigious assignment at Dubai Airport Operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for passengers, staff, and property. Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
• Patrolling: Conduct regular foot patrols of the assigned areas within the airport operations zone to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Surveillance: Operate and monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment as required.
• Incident Reporting: Write detailed, accurate reports on daily activities and any incidents, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Emergency Response: Respond quickly to emergencies (e.g., medical, fire, security threats) to provide assistance as per established protocols.
• Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service by answering queries and directing individuals appropriately, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce site-specific policies and procedures in a firm but courteous manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and coordinate with airport authorities and law enforcement when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE in any role. Experience in security, customer service, hospitality, or aviation is a strong advantage.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods and perform patrol duties.
• Communication Skills: Basic verbal communication skills in English are essential. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Attributes: High integrity, strong observation skills, reliability, and a professional appearance.
