Qualifications & Skills

Strong observation and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Basic computer skills for reporting and monitoring systems
Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Working Conditions

Indoor and/or outdoor work environments
Possible exposure to emergency or high-stress situations
Preferred Experience (Optional)
Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience
First aid or CPR certification
Requirements
Control entry and exit points and verify identification when required
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms
Write accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities
Enforce company policies and safety procedures
