Monitoring Access
: Control access to the property by checking identification and maintaining visitor logs.
Incident Response
: Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, and take appropriate action in emergencies.
Reporting
: Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Customer Service
: Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees, and addressing their concerns or inquiries.
Qualifications
Education
: High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
Experience
: Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not always required.
Skills
: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
