Continuously monitor security cameras and surveillance equipment.
Conduct regular patrols to check for unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
Promptly report any security breaches, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Access Control:
Verify the identity of individuals entering the premises.
Enforce access control policies and procedures.
Issue visitor badges and maintain a visitor log.
Emergency Response:
Respond quickly and effectively to alarms and emergency situations.
Provide assistance during evacuations or lockdowns.
Administer first aid or CPR if required and within your training.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and observations.
Complete incident reports as necessary.
Prepare shift reports for handover.
Customer Service:
Interact professionally with clients, employees, and visitors.
Provide assistance and directions as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Security Guard license or certification.
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Basic knowledge of security equipment and systems.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform regular patrols.
Prior security experience is a plus.
