to oversee the safety and security of the parking area at our mall in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring parking activities, ensuring the safety of vehicles and visitors, and responding promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor the parking lot to ensure the safety of vehicles, visitors, and staff
Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and suspicious activities
Assist customers with directions and parking-related queries
Maintain clear and accurate records of any incidents, patrols, and visitor logs
Operate surveillance equipment and security systems
Ensure traffic flow is smooth within the parking area
Respond to alarms and emergencies in a calm and effective manner
Collaborate with mall management and emergency services when necessary
Enforce mall policies and regulations in a respectful and professional manner
Requirements:
Proven experience as a security guard, preferably in malls or commercial parking areas
Own Visa
Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
Basic knowledge of security operations and emergency response protocols
Ability to remain calm and alert under pressure
