: We are currently seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to join our security team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the premises, including buildings, parking lots, and other areas, to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify security risks or safety hazards, and report them to the appropriate personnel or supervisor.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, access control, and visitor management.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of security activities, incidents, and visitor information.
- Conduct bag checks, vehicle inspections, or other security screenings as required.
- Ensure that all security equipment and systems are functioning properly, and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed in the event of an incident.
- Participate in safety and security training sessions and drills to stay updated on security procedures and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent observational and situational awareness skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
