Access Control:
Verify the identity of all individuals entering the property.
Issue and manage access cards, keys, or other credentials as needed.

Emergency Response:
Respond quickly and effectively to all security-related incidents or emergencies.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Customer Service:
Provide a welcoming and helpful presence to residents and visitors.
Assist with inquiries and provide information as needed.

Report Writing:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of security-related incidents, activities, and observations.
Submit daily or incident-specific reports to the appropriate authorities.

Collaboration:
Work closely with property management, maintenance, and other staff to address security concerns and maintain a safe environment.

Risk Assessment:
Identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance the overall safety of the property.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Basic knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
