- Monitor and control access to the premises, checking identification as needed.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the property.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or security breaches.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential criminal activity.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Assist in emergency response activities, such as evacuations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.
- Valid security guard license.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic security and safety protocols.
