Job Description

IIQAF is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard to join our team. In this role you will be in charge of protecting and safeguarding our property, personnel and visitors. You will serve as a first responder to any sort of emergency that might take place, as well as keep an eye out for any safety violations. Additionally, you will ensure that visitors adhere to the established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control the access of personnel and vehicles while ensuring the facility is secure at all times

Ensure that all security protocols are followed at the facility

Create and maintain a daily log of all activity occurring at the facility

Respond immediately to any emergency situations or disturbances

Secure the perimeter of the facility through periodic patrols and examine doors, windows, and gates for any irregularities

Investigate disturbances and threats on the property and create written reports of the incident

Work closely with local authorities to take necessary action in any emergency situation

Ensure that all visitors on the premises adhere to the facility\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines

Requirements

Proven experience in a security guard role

Knowledge of security operations, safety protocols and surveillance systems

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to remain alert and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies

Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable means of transportation

High school diploma or equivalent
