Job Description
IIQAF is looking for an experienced Security Guard to protect our premises, assets and personnel. As the Security Guard you will be the face of IIQAF by providing frontline protection of our property by patrolling and monitoring our site. You should be comfortable with access control and be very alert in recognizing suspicious activity.

- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Monitor CCTV feeds for potential security risks.
- Write detailed reports of any suspicious activity or incidents
- Make required rounds in building and secure areas.
- Identify potential security risks and respond to alarms and emergencies quickly and appropriately
- Remain professional and alert in all circumstances.
- Understand all safety and security policies and procedures related to the building.
- Must possess a valid Security Guard License
- Must demonstrate a minimum of two years\xe2\x80\x99 security experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of security systems and Emergency response.
- Physically able and willing to assess the environment for potential risks.
- Ability to effectively manage several events at once.
- Possess a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
