Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security patrols to identify and address security risks.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
- Control access points, checking the credentials of individuals and vehicles.
- Respond to emergency situations and alarms promptly and effectively.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors as needed.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- SIRA Certificate (preferable)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a security guard.
- Valid security guard license or certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
