Job Description

We are looking for a fit and attentive security guard to ensure that our property is protected. The security guard is responsible for recording the names of visitors, patrolling the property, and apprehending any trespassers. To be successful as a security guard you must be alert and professional. A good security guard is aware of all visitors to the property and ensures that no inappropriate actions take place. Roles and Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems to detect and respond to security threats promptly.
• Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the property.
• Contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
• Report to supervisors on a regular basis.
• Record any suspicious activities with the supervisor.
• Conduct regular security checks of the premises, including buildings, parking lots, and other areas as required.
• Supervising and regulating entry to buildings, facilities, and events to maintain safety and authorized access.
• Monitoring security cameras and additional surveillance equipment to identify and prevent unauthorized activities effectively.
• Provide a visible presence and excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms on time, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and maintain safety.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, if necessary, to report and provide assistance in investigations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a secure environment.
• Assist with access control procedures, including checking identification, verifying credentials, and issuing visitor passes as required.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds.
• Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a related role is preferred.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills to identify potential security threats.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and perform security duties for extended periods.
• Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles
• Patrol on foot searching for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of a person at a site
• Patrol all outside parking areas as required to ensure vehicle safety and to detect an unauthorized person
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response tactics.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and make quick decisions when necessary.
• Valid security license/certification is preferred.
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of swift thinking and decisive action in emergency scenarios.

Qualifications:

• SIRA Certificate (Must Have)
• Proven work experience as a Security Guard in UAE, with clear and clean record from previous company.
• CCTV operating experience.
• Physically Fit.
• Available immediately
• Valid Visit visa or Cancelled visa is preferable.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
