Job Post: Security Guard Company: Al Reem Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-time Al Reem, a prominent company in the security industry, is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Security Guards. As a Security Guard at Al Reem, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions on the premises.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure and detect any signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate actions according to company protocols.
• Complete accurate and detailed reports of any incidents, accidents, or observations that occur during the shift.
• Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate locations.
• Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Collaborate effectively with other security team members and liaise with local law enforcement agencies when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a related role is preferred.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills to identify potential security threats.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients, employees, and visitors.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and perform security duties for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response tactics.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and make quick decisions when necessary.
• Strong integrity and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
• Valid security license/certification is preferred.
• Fluent in [local language] with good command of English.
