Sports club is looking to recruit security guards for both genders in Dubai with the follow skills:-

1. Observation & Vigilance: The ability to meticulously observe and monitor surroundings to detect threats or suspicious activity.

2. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The capacity to interact effectively with the public, clients, and colleagues, and to de-escalate tense situations.

3. Conflict Resolution & De-escalation: Skills in mediating disputes and managing conflicts to maintain safety and order.

4. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: The ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions quickly.

5. Situational Awareness: The awareness of one's surroundings to anticipate potential dangers or breaches of security.

6. Decision-Making: The skill to make sound judgments and quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

7. Physical Fitness: The strength and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks like patrolling and standing for long periods.

8. Reliability & Integrity: Dependability, honesty, and a strong ethical compass are essential for maintaining trust and security.

9. Adaptability: The ability to adjust to new situations, protocols, and environments as they arise.

10. Customer Service: Providing excellent service to clients and visitors while enforcing security policies.

11. Surveillance Equipment: Proficiency in monitoring and operating CCTV, alarm systems, metal detectors, and other security technology.

12. Access Control: Experience with managing access points, keycards, and biometric systems to control entry.

13. Patrolling: The ability to conduct thorough patrols of buildings and grounds to ensure safety.

14. Incident Report Writing: Accurately documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken.

15. Emergency Response: Knowledge of protocols for fire, medical, and security emergencies.
