to ensure the safety and security of our manufacturing facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting company property, monitoring premises, controlling access, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, visitors, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials.
Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the manufacturing premises.
Operate and monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
Check identification and verify authorization for employees, visitors, and vendors.
Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies.
Report suspicious behavior or activity to management or local authorities.
Enforce company security policies and procedures at all times.
Assist in evacuation procedures and emergency response drills.
Prepare and submit detailed incident and shift reports.
Ensure safety protocols related to industrial operations are followed.
Monitor employees in time keeping in order coinciding with proper attendance.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Good knowledge of UAE security regulations and emergency procedures.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
Basic computer literacy to operate security systems and prepare reports.
Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergency situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
License/Certification:
fire fighting certification (Required)
Security Training Certificate (Preferred)
