Security Guard
:
The Security Guard is responsible for protecting the healthcare facility's property, assets, staff, patients, and visitors by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and patients.
• Patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security doors and gates are secure.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write detailed reports on daily activities, irregularities, and security incidents.
• Provide assistance to patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a hospital, mall, or corporate setting.
• Valid SIRA certificate is mandatory.
• Vigilant, alert, and able to assess situations quickly.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
• Ability to act calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Physical fitness and integrity.

General Requirements for All Positions (as stated):

• Relevant experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment.
• For clinical positions: DOH/DHA/MOH license or eligibility is an advantage.
