for Security Guard (Labor Camp & Warehouse)

Main Responsibilities

Patrol assigned areas regularly to monitor and maintain security in both labor camp and warehouse environments.? Monitor and control entrance and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed in restricted areas.? Perform scheduled and random checks of all perimeter access points, doors, windows, gates, and vulnerable locations to prevent theft, unauthorized access, and safety violations.? Operate surveillance cameras, alarms, and other monitoring systems, reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches immediately to management.? Respond swiftly to emergencies such as theft, fire, medical incidents, and other security risks, following established protocols and assisting in evacuations if required.? Prepare detailed daily activity and incident reports, including any damages, trespassing, or irregular occurrences, and submit them to supervisors or facility management.? Provide assistance or conduct checks in overnight periods to ensure discipline, order, and proper conduct within the labor camp's accommodations.? Escort personnel or visitors within premises if necessary and provide a visible security presence to deter wrongdoing.? Enforce facility rules and safety regulations, warning or detaining individuals involved in infractions until authorities arrive.? Participate in training, emergency drills, and briefings on updated security protocols and procedures.?

Key Skills and Qualifications

Good knowledge of standard security and safety protocols.? Ability to act quickly and calmly under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities.? Physical fitness and stamina for regular foot patrols or prolonged periods of standing.? Basic knowledge of electronic surveillance equipment and security communication devices.? Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, staff, and external law enforcement officials.? Previous security or military/law enforcement experience is an advantage.? First aid or CPR training is preferred.?

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the site manager. Coordinates with local authorities and emergency responders as necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
