Ensure that security personnel apply the security procedures circulated to them and train the personnel to work on them properly to make sure that the security officers receive the agents and visitors correctly and how to deal with any riots within the branch.
Effective communication with branch management or operations managers as soon as any observations are received.
Notification to the Central Operations Room of the security status of the branches to report on the shortage of personnel, if any, in accordance with the numbers assigned to carry out security and guard work for each headquarters.
Liaison with the operational supervisor of the contracted guard companies in order to overcome any obstacles or provide an alternative in the event of a shortage of personnel or the emergence of any events that may result in the need to change personnel.
Periodical reporting of Security insights to relevant Business stakeholders
Follow all relevant approved department's policies, and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work.
Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal EG Bank policies and code of conduct to maintain EG Bank's sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
Qualifications and Experience:
High Institute degree in a related field.
Min 3 years of Experience in relevant field
Skills:
Good command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)
Good communication skills
