Up to 50,000 AED per month + bonus

Security Engineer - FinTech - UAE - up to 130k base + bonus / 50,000 AED per month
Opportunities for hands-on security engineers doing truly impactful work in the UAE remain scarce, with most hedge funds keeping their core tech teams in London, New York, or Singapore.
This role is different. You'll be joining a greenfield investment platform with a global team, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, working on cutting-edge security challenges.
You'll work directly with someone with 15+ years DevSecOps experience from the trading and telecom sectors. This is a hands-on role - your Python expertise must extend beyond scripting to structured software development for security applications and tool integrations.
As a nimble engineering team, this position is best suited towards someone who enjoys working in a start up environment and has experience in security financial systems.
What you'll need to bring:
5+ years experience Python coding (not just scripting) CI/CD Vulnerability assessment & penetration testing Experience implementing SAST and SCA tools Cloud security (Azure or AWS)
