Position Overview
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is seeking a Security Controller to support and supervise security operations across its facilities. Core Duties

• Supervise security personnel to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
• Review and document complaints related to irregularities and follow up with the relevant teams
• Provide training and guidance to security controllers to improve performance and awareness
• Monitor officers' work and ensure implementation of duties in accordance with policies and regulations
• Respond to incidents at RTA facilities and ensure secure handling until authorities are engaged
• Support security measures during events, emergencies, and operational disruptions
• Activate response plans for different types of security events as needed
• Oversee the management and availability of security data, records, and equipment
• Prepare clear reports on security activities and recommend improvements where required

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Higher Diploma in Business Administration (0-2 years of experience)
• Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience, or High School with 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of security procedures and compliance frameworks
• Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills
• Computer literacy and ability to prepare structured reports
• Analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• UAE Nationals only
