Job Description

Affordable Group is a leading facility management and security solutions provider in Dubai, dedicated to delivering high standards of safety and operational excellence. We are immediately hiring for the following professional role:

Security guard



1. Security Guard Position


Essential Requirements:



Certification:

Must possess a valid

SIRA Certificate or License

(Security Industry Regulatory Agency) for employment in Dubai.

Communication:

Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred). High degree of vigilance, professionalism, and physical fitness.

Key Responsibilities



Access Control:

Manage and control entry/exit points, verify credentials, and register visitors according to site protocol.

Patrol & Monitoring:

Conduct regular, thorough patrols and monitor CCTV systems to prevent and detect intrusion, theft, or unauthorized activity.

Incident Handling:

Act as the first responder to alarms, security breaches, and emergencies (e.g., fire), following established protocols.

Reporting:

Write detailed, accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.

Enforcement:

Ensure strict compliance with all client security procedures and regulations.

Compensation Structure



Security Guard Monthly Salary:


>>>First 6 Months (Probation):

AED 1,440

>>>After 6 Months:

AED 1,820

Working Conditions



Duty Hours:

12 hours per day.

Working Schedule:

30 working days per month.
