JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead the development of departmental goals and strategic plans in alignment with vision and strategy.
- Supervise the implementation of plans and the achievement of approved strategic objectives for the department.
- Direct the preparation of the department's budget, oversee its allocation, and control expenditures to ensure efficient use.
- Review the department's periodic performance reports and provide necessary recommendations and guidance to improve results.
- Monitor the department's key performance indicators (KPIs) for both operations and staff, and propose enhancements that support the strategic objectives.
