We require an Office Secretary cum Administration professional with Tendering experience.
Responsibilities.
Maintain -General Manages calendar. Monitor and reply email communication.
Office coordination and correspondence
Prepare, compile and format tender documentation including technical, commercial and supporting documents .
Maintain and organized database of tenders, clarification, submissions and awards for tracking and audit purposes.
Handling e-tender portals
Prepare standard documents such as quotations, proposals, letters and price list as required by the sales team.
You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests
Assist colleagues by supporting them with planning and distributing information's.
Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
2-5 years' experience in tendering, proposals, sales coordination preferably within cleaning chemicals trading sector or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of tender procedures used in Qatar.
Excellent written and communication knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good document formatting and data management skills.
Ability to work under pressure
