Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, and well-organized, with the ability to communicate effectively in both

English and Tagalog

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Assist with scheduling, coordination of meetings, and office support tasks. Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy reception/office area. Provide support to management and staff as needed.

Qualifications:



Proficient in

English and Tagalog

(written and spoken). Knowledge of

Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Available to join immediately.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
