Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in receptionist/administration roles
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls and take accurate messages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and courier services.
Maintain visitor logs, staff lists, and office records.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and meeting rooms.
Prepare letters, reports, and other office documents.
Provide daily administrative support such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
Support the HR department with day-to-day HR activities.
Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
Update employee contact details and personal information.
Assist in attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support.
Coordinate with staff for HR-related documents and requests.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain soft and hard copies of company vehicle documents and update Excel records.
Maintain Etisalat and DEWA-related documents and coordinate on related issues.
Assist management and other departments as required.
Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when needed.
Support travel arrangements, events, and other office tasks assigned by management.
