Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage schedules, documents, and correspondence
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Can speak tagalog

Handle daily administrative tasks
Manage appointments and coordinate meetings
Prepare and organize files and documents
Answer calls, emails, and inquiries
Assist management with office operations
Arrange travel bookings, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation
