Prepare and handle engineering submissions, transmittals, and correspondence.
Provide administrative support to management and project teams.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Organize and maintain records, reports, and filing systems.
Schedule meetings and assist in preparing project-related documents.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain confidentiality.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or related field).
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role within a contracting or construction company.
SKILLS
Knowledge of engineering or project submission processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-mannered personality.
Strong Critical Thinking and problem solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across departments.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple task with attention to detail.
