Key Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare and organize documents and reports
Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
Manage company website and social media
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant in Contracting company
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good knowledge of digital marketing
Fluent in English
Presentable and professional attitude

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
