Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Maintain and update all necessary records, files, and databases
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in an
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction company
is preferred
Minimum Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Must be
immediately available

in the UAE
