Job Description

Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary. Able to perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision in a timely and efficient manner. Able to extend Strong Admin support to the Managing Director (MD) Able to draft letters/e-mails and reports required by the MD Shall be assisting MD in his day-to-day work and business activities Able to work in Flexible timing/ extended hours as and when required Manage the calendar, arranging meetings and appointments Reminding MD of important tasks and deadlines Managing database and filing systems Create systems to manage company documents and ensure that all documents are up to date Booking and arranging travel, transport, accommodation, etc., when needed. Other office administration tasks as required. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills The ability to work independently with minimum supervision is imperative The ability to be proactive and take the initiative A multi-tasker with a High level of competency in work is mandatory. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Experience:

  • receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
