Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones, taking messages, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
Assisting with project tasks, preparing presentations, and providing general administrative support to managers and executives
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management for staff and executives
Organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic files, preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Essential Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with various stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
Proficiency in using office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email, etc.) and office equipment.
Ability to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions independently
