Secretary duties and responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Organizing and distributing messages.
  • Maintaining company schedules.
  • Organizing documents and files.
  • Greeting business clients and guests.
  • Documenting financial information.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
  • Scheduling meetings and conferences.
Perform key reception functions, answering phones and greeting visitors to the office: screen calls and visitors to determine nature of request or problem; refer to appropriate staff member or College office; take messages; make appointments; take standard information for billing, administrative or other purpose. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • receptionist/secretary: 3 years (Required)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
