To provide administrative and operational support for event planning, staffing coordination, and vendor management. This role ensures smooth execution of events by managing documentation, schedules, and communication across internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain and update event calendars, staffing rosters, and project timelines
- Assist in hiring and onboarding part-time event staff; maintain staff database
Support event setup and breakdown coordination, including transportation and crew schedules
- Ability to multitask across multiple events and staffing needs
- Creative mindset with a structured approach to execution
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws for part-time/freelance hiring
Fluent in English
MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, culturally aware, organized, excellent communicator
2-4 years experience in admin or event coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
