Job Description

Secretary Job Responsibilities: Candidate must have great writing & communication skills in English, must be flexible with the work load.
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Create new job opportunities for the company by approaching new clients.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Informs visitors by answering or Referring inquiries & Referring Emails.
  • Prepartion of quotations, RFQ\'s, RFI\'s and other documenations.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges, maintaining diaries, and arranging appointments
Adminstrator Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new employee orientations.
  • Maintaining proper documentation of paper work (incoming/outgoing emails, letters and contract documents)
  • Mainting and develop new policies for Employee orientations and procedures for the work.
  • Maintaining Employee Database Soft & Hard Copy including all their paper works.
  • Maintains Visa, EID, Labour Records.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED3,500.00 per month Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Required)
Experience:
  • receptionist/secretary: 4 years (Required)
  • Writing formal letters: 4 years (Preferred)
  • General trading: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Tourism: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Working in excel: 5 years (Required)
