Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and organized

Secretary / Administrative Assistant

to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) Greet visitors and assist them professionally Handle data entry and maintain accurate records Order office supplies and assist with inventory management
Qualifications

Must have 1-2 years experience in a secretary or administrative role Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in computer and office applications Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
