Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and possess a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

\xc2\xb7 Manage and organize the office environment, ensuring a smooth workflow.

\xc2\xb7 Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

\xc2\xb7 Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

2. Document Management:

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.

\xc2\xb7 Organize and manage physical and digital files for easy retrieval.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the creation and distribution of official documents.

3. Communication:

\xc2\xb7 Serve as a point of contact between the management team and internal/external stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and reports.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.

4. Office Operations:

\xc2\xb7 Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and support.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures.

5. Calendar Management:

\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update the management team\'s calendars with appointments and events.

\xc2\xb7 Remind executives of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

6. Meeting Support:

7. Travel Coordination:
