Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Secretary. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing mail.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate calendars.
Coordinate office events and assist with office management tasks.
Provide administrative support to management and other staff members as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, office management, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
