Organizational Wizardry: Keep our office running like a well-oiled machine by managing schedules, appointments, and meetings. Document Maestro: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations with keen attention to detail. Team Support: Collaborate with various teams to facilitate seamless communication and teamwork. Office Coordination: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and ensure a tidy, welcoming workspace for everyone. Qualifications: Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
