Coordinate meetings, events, and strategic activities for the Board of Directors (BOD)
Manage calendar appointments, communication, and PR requirements for BOD
Draft correspondence, reports, and proposals with a high degree of professionalism
Handle all communication with confidentiality and precision
Prioritize and execute multiple administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
Prepare and distribute internal memos and official documents
Assist in organizing information and supporting key stakeholders
Receive and respond to office communication in a courteous and efficient manner
Maintain filing systems, prepare presentations, and enhance office procedures
Welcome and liaise with visitors and stakeholders at all seniority levels
Screen calls, emails, and manage correspondence on behalf of the BOD
Conduct background research and present key findings
Compile official documents, briefing papers, and presentations for board use
Record minutes of meetings and disseminate finalized documents
Serve as liaison between the BOD and internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements Education
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree from a recognized university
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector
Skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Strong research, problem-solving, and time management skills
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
