Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the efficient management of the following:
- Records and files of the HOD
- Meetings of Management with company guests/visitors
- Meetings and presentations of HOD
- Communications within the company such as minutes of the meetings, instruction from the management
- Draft and finalize reply letter to incoming communications on own initiative or as dictated by the HOD
- Record and route tracking of incoming and outgoing letters & parcel
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications via fax, email of telephone
- Transcribing from English to Arabic and vise versa for the sales department Qualifications:
- Secondary Graduate or Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Office Management/Administrative/Secretarial
- Preferably BAHRAINI ONLY
- 6 months to 2 years experience is required
- Excellent English communications skills (both oral and written)
- Smart, sharp memory and keen to details
- proficient in MS Office
- Accuracy and speed in encoding/typing and data entry Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
