Job Description

  • A secretary is an administrative professional who plays an integral role in business and other organizational environments. Secretaries are typically the individuals who maintain and organize office tasks, implement procedures and carry out additional administrative duties, depending on the nature of their employment.
  • Responsible for making Tax Invoice, LPO ,Quotation
  • Answering phone calls, responsive to the emails, follow up the customers and clients for payment of all bills.
  • Computer knowledge, micro-soft office, excell, and outlook.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Experience:
  • secretary: 2 years (Required)
