A well-established car care company in Sharjah is hiring a female for the position of Secretary & Purchasing Manager. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative and procurement tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Handle procurement operations and communicate with suppliers
Track inventory levels and place timely orders
Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly)
Maintain administrative files and records
Manage emails and other official correspondence
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Proven experience in secretarial or purchasing roles (preferably in automotive or related industries)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must hold a seconded (transferable) visa within the UAE (required)
