Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and circulate action items.
Draft, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain organized filing systems for company records and documents.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Sales Administration
Prepare quotations, sales invoices, delivery notes, and related documents.
Ensure accuracy of client orders and follow up with relevant departments (warehouse, logistics, finance).
Record and update sales transactions in
ERP system
.
Track pending invoices, collections, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding product availability, client requirements, and after-sales support.

ERP & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales, expenses, and client data in the ERP system.
Generate ERP reports for management review (sales performance, pending payments, stock updates).
Create and update
Google Sheets
for tracking leads, deals, rentals, commissions, or sales growth.
Use formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools to analyze data and support decision-making.
4.
Finance & Documentation Support
Assist in recording petty cash, reimbursements, and small expenses.
Monitor client payments, outstanding balances, and prepare collection reminders.
Support finance team with reconciliations, receipt vouchers, and invoice logs.
5.
Communication & Coordination
Act as liaison between management, sales team, and other departments.
Draft and circulate memos, announcements, and policy updates.
Communicate with clients for follow-ups on quotations, orders, and payments.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
