The Secretary & Office & Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smoothdaily office operations, coordinating with internal and external parties, and supporting themarketing team--especially with social media tasks. They will manage schedules,correspondence, documentation, and follow up on marketing initiatives to help maintain theorganization's professional presence and productivity.
Office & Administrative Duties
? Open and close the office; ensure the office environment is clean, organized, andpresentable.
? Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, post, couriers).
? Maintain schedules and calendars for senior staff; schedule appointments, meetings, andtravel arrangements.
? Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
? Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical), ensuring documents are easy toretrieve and properly archived.
Marketing & Social Media Support
? Assist in creating content for social media platforms: drafting posts/captions, sourcingimages, scheduling posts.
? Monitor social media channels: respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timelyand professional manner.
? Help maintain the brand voice and ensure consistency across all social media and digitalcommunications.
? Track social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth, feedback) and prepare regularreports to inform strategy.
? Support marketing campaigns as needed: promotions, events, collaborations.
? Coordinate with designers, content creators, and marketing team to ensure content &materials are delivered on time.
