Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling. Duties and Responsibilities . Setting rental rates, negotiating and processing lease agreements. . Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units. . Make a list of vacant properties for posting. . Preparing and managing budgets. . Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work. . Collecting rent, dealing with late payments and handling operating expenses. . Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc. . Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties. Qualifications . 2-3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role . Excellent communication and customer service skills . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite . Attention to detail and accuracy . Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please send your (CV) through email
