Secretary / Indoor Sales
to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, invoices, and payments.
Maintain and update customer database and records.
Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, orders, and deliveries.
Assist in scheduling appointments and preparing meeting agendas.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
Handle filing, scanning, and organizing office documents.
Follow up with potential leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor and track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
Assist in office daily operations and provide administrative support when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company documents and client information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
