We are looking for a competent Secretary to support our office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Secretary will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and clerical support to our team.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics.
Provide administrative support for efficient office operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Discretion and confidentiality.
