DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Offer administrative and secretarial support in the same
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications as well as correspondences
  • Prepare reports and records
  • Maintain and keep the office clean
  • Screen and distribute mail delivered
  • Screen all official correspondence where appropriate redirect it to the relevant officers
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The applicant must have a Degree in relevant course
  • Previous experience in the same role required
  • Proficiency in the use of computers
  • Should be highly organized, dependable and a good time manager
  • Good analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
