Position: Secretary (Real Estate)

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks in the real estate office
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain and update client and property databases
Assist in other administrative and secretarial duties as needed
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Secretary, preferably in the real estate sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus
